It's actually perfect for what I was looking for. It's perfect for my dogs own large Bella bowls (I ordered a large size rack). I also like that not only can you adjust the legs for height but also the feet are adjustable for adjusting the height. And I got a great deal on it because I bought it used even though it was still all sealed in the sealed package when I got it. And it's made of metal so it's very durable. So there's really nothing to complain about.

I wanted something for outside area with average size domestic cats that was off the ground if i wanted to leave food. On the lowest setting its ok for cats but bowls are a bit deep. in fairness it seems more geared to dogs but will work for larger cats. Good quality nice finish bowls are both high and deep which i when i had dogs would have been perfect.Gave 5 stars because and fault my own in trying for cats.

I'm very satisfied with how well the items were packed. All of the hardware was included and was simple to assemble. It came undamaged and the bowls are huge. Which is great because I can set a lot of water for two cats. It's clearly designed for small and medium dogs, as the description states. I set it on the lowest level, which is perfect for my adult cat, but, too high for my kitten. Which is fine because I previously ordered a small bowl stand that's perfect for the little one. I haven't had this bowl stand very long. It's a tad wobbly but sturdy enough not to be tipped over or moved out of place.

My 16 year old beagle mix is getting wobbly and weak and was stumbling all over himself trying to eat so I got this to bring his food closer to his face. It did that. He is now cleaning his bowl where before I was trying to figure out why he would hardly ever go to his food and was losing so much weight. Turns out just having to bend so low was causing him enough pain that he didn't bother eating. He's about 18" from his paw to the top of his front shoulder to give you an idea and medium size was enough to get it right about snout level.Didn't have any trouble putting it together, although it did take a bit of common sense to get the pieces to line up when you are screwing them together which is where I think a lot of these other reviewers probably failed. Welding burs and whatnot are a thing. Get a hammer, smack it, it'll go. To me this is an annoyance but a minor one. The legs might be a bit fiddly, but move the pieces back and forth bit or like I said, give it a tap or two with a hammer to break any welding burs away and they'll line up.You get what you pay for usually. This thing is cheap but aside from a few apparent manufacturing inconsistencies it is otherwise great for the price. Plenty sturdy. The gripper pads on the feet work very well, this thing doesn't move or skate across the floor while the dog's eating like his old bowl did.

I found this and liked that it could be set at three different heights. The second level is perfect for my dog's meals and water. It will not tip unless you try very hard. The plastic pieces it came with were useless. I assume they were to keep the bowls from making noise while the dog was eating or drinking. They fell off and went down the drain when I washed it the first time, at least the ones which would stay on did. It made noise when my dog ate eagerly and she jumped about six inches into the air. I had to find my own way to stop the noise. Otherwise, I love this.
