Hain Baking Powder, Gluten Free, Sodium Free, 8 oz (Pack of 2)

Love the product but not the value for the money. However, when you are on a sodium restricted diet, and still want to bake, this product is a must! Found it doesn't change the flavor of your baked goods, either. And, helpful hint...use 3-1 ratio to substitute baking powder for baking soda.

I use this baking powder always instead of buy from the store. Since I'm on a lower sodium diet, it is the best for baking. All store brands have too much sodium. All my baking produces bake perfectly!

Good product. BUT. Just received the product on 2/10/24. It has a expiration date of 9/15/24. So this product is older. Not going to be be able to use both by September. Payed full price.

I use this product because of its low sodium count. Was disappointed to see the use by date is January 2025. That gives me about 3 months to use up two containers of baking powder!

Doesn’t affect the taste of foods and enables me to prepare a much wider variety of dishes and baked goods for my sister with congestive heart failure. I wish it was much cheaper and available in grocery stores
