Top quality product
This is an excellent natural product and pleased that it now seems more finely ground. There were many large hard pieces previously which were hard on my teeth but that seems to be rectified. Appreciate the fast delivery and careful packaging.

Beautiful product that reduced my blood pressure with no side effect
I don’t take medication. R cently My blood pressure was 155/98 and Dr prescribed medicine to reduce it. I refused to take medication. I was told about strength and spices that they do natural mixtures so I chanced this product all I can say WOW. After 4 weeks my blood pressure is kept 120/82. It’s my companion since. I am over the moon of the results. I Highly recommend it.

I certainly won't be buying these again.
My husband had 1 of these capsules & felt very sick for rest of day. Has anyone else had problems with these capsules? I don't think they deserve a star at all. very disappointing, especially as they weren't cheap.

My dad has seen an improvement already…
Again, I’ve tried a few other supplements from Strength &Spices so when my dad text me saying how high his blood pressure reading was, I immediately ordered these for him to take.He’s gotten himself an at-home blood pressure monitor and already we are seeing a slight improvement in the numbers. I’m confident that if he keeps taking the pills, his blood pressure will improve even more🙏
