If I turn off the light using the remote, let some extended time period pass, and then try to turn the light on - it doesn't come on. Is a defect?

At times, the light will just turn off on its own and then won’t turn on unless I unplug the light from the socket and plug it back in. Defect?

What type of battery does the remote use since it says theyre not included? Also how do you pair multiple keylights to the same remote?
