The Taylor Made Dock Wheels went flat less than 6 months
I purchased my Taylor Made Products 91072 Replacement Dock Wheels (12") on August 13, 2022 and they went flat less than 6 months after installation. I would like a full refund please. Thank you.

Manfacturing Defect
Manufacturing defect. The inner diameter tube is too small. The included 2 inch washers fall into the center tube. The original wheel I was replacing inner tube is smaller and the wheel works properly. I had to go to Home Depot and get a bushing as a temporary fix. I emailed Taylor Made 3 days ago and they haven't responded.Taylor Made just contacted me. They are sending a replacement wheel ASAP. Good Customer service ! ! ! ! ! ! !Everyone can make a mistake, it is how they handle the issue that really makes the 5 star vendors stand out from the 1 star vendors.

Almost Perfect
After a recent flood, we lost one of our dock wheels so I needed to replace just the wheel, not the bracket assembly and was able to find what I needed from Amazon. The product functions as it should, saving my boat from being slammed into the dock when pulling into the slip. The only criticism I have is with the supplied washer, whose main function is to keep the wheel from riding up and off the bracket... obviously since I lost one, it didn't do as it was intended so I have added larger washers to both wheels, preventing them from floating away should we experience another flood.

Just the thing for narrow or windy slips
I have a very narrow slip on a windy canal. This wheel is just the ticket to ticking my boat into the slip with no hull damage. It spins effortlessly.

Exact Replacement
Purchased a replacement wheel for my Taylormade dock wheel and it was an exact replacement. Great product.

exactly as advertised
The wheel was exacty as advertised and fit perfectly over the existing hub. Basicaly, due to the weather exposure and what they are used for (meaning your boat hits them instead of the corner of the dock) you should view these as something that may need to be replaced every few years.

Very large
This was an awesome piece, but was to large. I ended up returning it in trade for the 12" one which is great.
