No guarda el calor de las bebidas y tampoco el silicón que rodea la taza cerámica protege del calor, de hecho al servir tu bebida caliente tienes que esperar a que enfríe para poder tomar la taza o ponerte algo para no quemarte. La taza es bonita pero no cumple con la expectativa de trasladar y consumir tus bebidas calientes y sin lastimarte las manos.
