Baby bottle ice pack
These work great if you have Baby that uses bottles. Bottle coolers that you get at Amazon hold a bottle plus one of these frozen ice packs keeping bottle for multiple hours

Yes, you need the spare set!
Perfect complement with the booties. Helpful to have that extra set. Cooling effect eases tired, sore and arthritic feet.

Needs to be changed often because the gel packs don’t stay frozen very long
Product needs to be changed/rotated with new gel pack quite often because it doesn’t remain frozen very long.

They work great
Love, love these. I can’t sleep without them. They stay cold for a good length of time. I read a review that said they gave her frost bite. They go in the fridge, not the freezer. I have had the socks these go in for 3 years wearing them every night. The cold packs were not staying cold for very long and knew it was time for replacement.

I ordered these as extra gel packs for cold socks ...
I ordered these as extra gel packs for cold socks, so the coldness would last longer. They are exactly what I need. I use them during part of my chemotherapy to chill my feet and keep one particular drug from circulating as readily to this area, in the hope that this will prevent peripheral neuropathy as a side effect. In these circumstances, I have to carry them in a portable freezer bag and keep them as cold as possible until that particular drug is given, about half way through my infusion. Each set of gel packs only lasts 30-40 minutes before they are too warm to be of much use. Of course, it is impossible to know whether I would have had this side effect without using the cold socks, but I am having no trouble with peripheral neuropathy in my feet using them. Hopefully it is effective prevention.

Labor Intensive
Not the best option for what she needs, it’s a little labor intendive and you really need to complete sets of gloves, boots and gel packs. Time is of the essence when it comes to replacing both.

Stays colder longer
I have small fiber neuropathy that bothers me just about all day and night now so I’ve had to get many many back up ice pack inserts over the last two years. These are by far superior to the others I’ve bought. The pink ones definitely stay as cold just as long but they bunch up inside the sock things. The other brand blue ones are paper thin, so they don’t stay cold for long at all (15 min maybe) and gel oozes out of the seams after a few months. These don’t bunch up, they get seriously cold and stay that way due to the thickness of the gel. I usually only have to replace the socks for backups every 2 or 3 hours and the last ones I bought I’ve had for over 6 months and they’re not even close to coming apart at the seams. They’re still thick and cold as ever so I bought 2 more to keep in the freezer. I’ll have to review the freezer sandals I use when I’m on my feet next because these you absolutely can’t walk around in. They’ll definitely break at the seams if you try to do that but they’re not meant for walking around. This product, for its exact purpose, are perfect. But again, do not walk around with them on.

Worked well with the socks to help prevent neuropathy during chemo

Does what it says on the tin. Could be a bit cheaper though.

I am a small person, the larger pack fits nicely in the small of my back and brings some temporary relief to a low back disc problem. The smaller works well also as my problem is only on one side. I have tried to find a thicker version of the larger one as when sitting it helps to fill the space between the natural curve of the low back and the chair. Also because of the thinness they don’t stay cold long.
