Perfect for light problems.
I had prostate cancer surgery a couple of years ago. Thankfully after a few months leaks became much less of a problem, but still can occur to a small degree. The solution initially was to use small, thin pads. But you had to remember to bring them with you and had to dispose of them after use. Very wasteful. These are perfect for everyday wear. Absolutely comfortable and do the job. You don't think about them being any different from regular briefs. They've never caused any "oops!" moments or embarrassment. I'd certainly buy again and recommend these to friends with similar issues.

A great concept, but….
So these are fashionable and discrete. They do absorb a #1. They don’t wick moisture as good as a disposable one (think cloth diaper) so prepare for diaper rash and/or yeast infection. They take a long time to dry and you have to be careful that they are fully dry before reusing. They are fairly expensive and you would need a lot of them. If you’re using zink diaper rash cream it makes a huge white mess in it which you then need to wash out. This is not a small problem. That stuff is designed to be waterproof. A #2 in these is unmanageable.

Poor absorption
These did not contain the urine. I got them to cut down on laundering bedding but they leak. Don’t bother go straight for the depends.

Nice design and fit
I got these for my Dad who is recovering from prostate surgery and complications that happened during it. It's convenient to have washable protective underwear that are stylin like these and they work well for his issues. They looked small when first pulling them out but they stretch well to fit and are comfortable to wear.

JUST WHAT I EXPECTED, AIRCUTE BOXERS BRIEFS FIT PERFECT,I WEAR A SIZE 34 IN THE WAIST SO I ORDER A MEDIUM 👍 AND IM LOOKING TO PURCHASE AT LEAST 5- MORE PAIRS. ALSO I’M HOPING AIRCUTE COMES OUT WITH A BOXER BRIEF THATS HAS A LONGER LEG BAND THAN THE CURRENT ONES BUT OVERALL 4-STARS🫶🫶🫶🫶
