The tool works as it's supposed to. This is the absolute best deal. Anybody who complains about quality or any other issues with this tool, you have to be smarter than a tool. You're probably using a junk machine. This is all I buy, instead of buying separate packs of inserts, it's actually cheaper just to buy the tool with the inserts again which is pretty odd but whatever. Be smarter than the tool!
