very handy product
I was a bit sceptical about buying this, thought it was too simple to work, but I think it is a very good product! I have some nerve damage to my right shoulder which makes it hard to carry my 1 year old for too long. I am left-handed so I try to keep my left hand free for doing things around the house but that means my little girl is often left standing crying when I have to put her down when my shoulder gets sore. Now, all I have to do is support her with my right arm whilst my hips take her weight. Very comfortable, I use it around the house or even for going to the local shops. I do agree with previous reviews that it seems made for wearing on your right hip though.

Bought for my daughter, she is really pleased. It means she is not twisting her spine when holding a heavy baby on her hip. It arrived quickly, very pleased

This has been a total lifesaver for my hips and back. During pregnancy I suffered with severe SPD and have suffered with the pain ever since. The hipseat alows me to carry my baby, who loves looking aound etc, while still keeping good posture. These are genius, you must by one! And the Liberty print is just lovely, the product is light, comfortable and well made.

Caused me severe hip pain
Looks lovely! But no good at all for me, I'm sure it is good for some but it hurt my hip so badly I couldn't use it at all. Unfortunately I left it too late to return it.

Save a fortune in back-health fees!
A back-saving device. Used by myself and my mother it's really handy and frees up one hand (the other hand should always be on baby). It distributes weight of baby across back. Recommended by my chiropractor. It really works.

Not comfortable
Did not find this comfortable! With baby on my side the seat would dig into my hips, had to return it.

Handy for quick errands
Can't quite get this to fit totally comfortably but great for school pick ups with a 10 month old and having to park far away. Not dealing with the faff of buggy for short trips or where storage/manoueverability is limited has been really helpful.
