Strong performance, great price
Fast delivery. Closer arrived today and was installed in my home today. Performs as advertised. Installation was not difficult but instructions gave the impression it could be a bit challenging. Door does require a little more effort to open since installation but not at all a deal breaker. The control screws allow you to change how fast and how hard the door closes with the turn of a screwdriver. My wife likes the function but thinks it’s look is more commercial than residential. So far seems to be a great buy. Only issue is the hardware was not identified in the instructions so some guess work is required. At the end 6 screws are left and I have no idea what they are for.

ease of fitting with good instructions takes about one hour from start to finish would certainly use this item again

Very good product
I don’t know if it is expensive, but the quality is very good. Works well as described in the product details. I specifically picked this because of hold open feature.

If only I'd discovered this before installing 3 other brands first
This door closer works so well. The instructions are a bit hard to understand because they never got an English speaker to review them but there are great videos out there and the diagrams are good enough so you should be able to figure it out eventually. It has very smooth but assertive operation. Before buying this one, I had purchased a few others that were half the price and the result was many holes drilled everywhere and sending them all back. This one I'll be keeping.
