SMONET AC to DC 12V 1000mA 1A 10 FT Long Cord CCTV Regulated Power Supply Adapter for Home Security Camera Surveillance System

I specifically ordered this power supply to replace a burnt out power supply used to power CCTV cameras. I specifically chose this model based on the orientation of the plug into the wall socket (or in my case, a power bar) as it profile allows the unit to be plugged in "sideways" which doesn't block the other outlets. The unit I received is the more traditional style which plugs in vertically, thus blocking the other outlet.I did test the voltage/power output and it seems to be up to spec, but the misleading photo drops 2 stars from my review.

It works for the cameras but like other people have said it is NOT the same as advertised. I wanted the side mount like in the picture but this one is a large square plug. Like I said it works so I guess that’s all that matters, just wish they would advertise the appropriate picture of the item

Does exactly what it says... I took a guess for the connector and just so happens to be the right fit for me. I used this for a keep the dog off the couch project. 2 bed vibrator in the couch, this powering them and a wifi smart plug for IFTTT to turn on when there is movement on the couch when we are not home. Worked great!

Not as advertised not the same unit shown would not power up camera not recommended

Sad to say, I had to return this product but not because it didn't work, it was perfect, the other product I bought it for didn't work so I had to return both. I would definitely purchase this again.
