We had these out of the package and installed within five minutes of delivery. Important to add, we were replacing rods that were several years old so the hardware was already installed, but these are equally as sturdy as the previous.

I had to return these rods as the length on my window was bit lesser than the rod length. But for right length, this seems like good rods.

I used these for my French doors into a playroom. They were easy enough to install by myself. The only problem was that the inside holes on the rods weren't all the way hollow to allow it to fit onto the hook. Some of them I had to shave off a little to shove it onto the hook. And then one side kept popping off, so I just pushed that hook in (as the hooks are soft enough to allow that, just don't push the rods on to hard cause I can see them breaking very easily).

Work great, good for price. Would buy again
