Decent comfort, poor shipping
Glad we bought the king to put on a queen mattress (they queen was unavailable at the time of purchase). We had to trim off about 8 inches all the way around because they mash it so hard for packaging that the edges never recover. That said, its pretty comfortable. We have a pop out camper bed (wood platform with 4 inch mattress) that this goes on top of. It has made a ton of difference in how we sleep.

Pad is thinner then expected
Good quality but is a little thinner then expected. I does seem to be a very sturdy material and will work for my need some.

CUT TO WRONG SIZE !
I ordered a KING size. What I received was more like a QUEEN size. I only have a KING & a FULL size bed. I have to cut it down to fit my FULL. I also though it would be softer but it is high density foam which I didn't want. The star is only for the delivery speed. I know I could have "sent it back for an exchange" but more than likely it would have turned out the same since these types of things are cut by a machine so they don't do custom orders. Also if I would have tried to just "down size for the full size" instead chances are I would have the same problem. It being to small for the full, so I decided to cut my losses and cut it to fit perfectly on my full size guest bed.
