Seller will harass you and google your information
Seller will google your information and find your phone number and harass you do not buy from selller computer came damage shuts off after 2 mins took computer to Apple Store apple stated this computer damage over $500 worth repairs and that doesn’t guarantee it will work seller very aware he is selling bad computer but still ships them he called me serval time and harass me made threats which was unacceptable I have never been Thur this I did file a police report due to threats

2021 IMAC is fabulous!
My IMac was received a week earlier than I expected so I was very excited about that. I didn’t realize it came with a generic keyboard and mouse as well. I didn’t realize purchase the IMac keyboard and USB stand with extra ports on my own, but the computer works great and was easy to setup. The IMAC was virtually flawless and mine did not have any blemishes. I am grateful for my new computer and I can give my 2020 MacBook Air to a neighbor.

follow up on order by seller was very good
I liked that the order was fulfilled as described ultimately. I disliked that the original oder thee was no mouse included in the box. It made it difficult to operate as I had to borrow a mouse. However, the seller responded very quickly and had the mouse sent. All is good.

Excellent renewed product
iMac came in perfect condition works very well. The screen size is impressive!! Macs system is smooth. I loved that the key bird and mouse match. The processing is smooth and runs my apps easily. Looks beautiful in my work area : the thinness of the screen is minimal but the screen still has a decent weight.

We hated the Mac and returned it
We've been using PC's for too long I guess because going to a Mac was nearly impossible for us. It just is not very intuitive. So we returned it without any hassle.
