My boyfriend has a hard time trying to sleep or keep his mind free, I have some issues at work where I get frustrated and overthink too much, so one of my friends mentioned about this product and let me tell you, we love it, I usually take 30 minutes or so before going to bed, so I can keep my mind calm and fell sleep faster. We actually bought 2 bottles, one for each of us!

Bought this after my usual went out of stock. While I don't find passion flower to be overly effective in general, this is actually less effective than what I was using before. It's kind of hit or miss for anxiety purposes. I wouldn't buy it again.

Works well and great value. It made me sleep well through the night.

I'm not sure if I'm noticing any effects or not - I've been using it consistently for several weeks and sometimes I sleep well, sometimes I don't.Also it tastes extremely sweet, though the label doesn't list any flavors or sweeteners. I had bought a second bottle but wish I could return it, because I'm so sick of the sweet taste (I liked it at first, but now it's just too much).
