Buy these not the name brands...
THESE ARE AMAZINGLY GREAT!!!!They connected my macbook and tv with ease!!! Just as good as the 30 dollar belkin product....FACTUALLY BETTER THEN BELKIN, the AUDIO auto switches to feed from tv where as belkins you need to manually switch audio feed from laptop to tv!!

Cable a little stiff compared to Belkin but as it is probably be stolen or lost, worth buying 2 for half the price of a Belkin
