My cat immediately jumped inside when I placed it on the floor. Then he rubbed himself against it and scratched it after I sprinkled some catnip. He's napping now. I recently purchased a cat scratcher in another shape, a slope shape, but my cat really enjoys this bed/box shape more--he can scratch scratch scratch, play, and sleep inside the box after he's done playing. It seems to really provide him with comfort. It lasted him 3 months but would've lasted longer if one of my dogs hadn't sprayed on it the other day. Highly recommend.

My cat just goes crazy for this box. He plays in it, sleeps in it and uses it to scratch. So far it's lasted quite a long time.

I have tried several cat scratch beds for my cat and she loves them all, but for her this one is tops which is why I continue to buy it when it needs replaced. It is nice looking to have out, it is larger than others so she can curl up or stretch out to play. She tends to take toys into it to play with and pounce and kick. No assembly, just unwrap and pour the provided cattnip into the bed which falls into the corragated holes of the bed and it's ready to go. I love the style, the sturdiness, and that it lasts longer than most. My cat uses it a lot and loves being able to stretch out and to curl up. Highly recommend even if you find something similar cheaper this quaility is worth it.

I'm embarrassed at how many of these I've purchased. They're obscenely expensive for an item entirely constructed out of cardboard, but my cats love them.

I have cats and the love these. The scratch to crud out of them then use them for beds too.

This is the only design our cat likes to claw at and loves to lay in it.
