Purchased for relative who cannot use a smart phone. Very easy to use . Lovely little phone. Would recommend.

The phone itself is really good and easy to setup and use. However there is a problem with the software that is that it seems that only one number can be added to a contact. I can’t speak for anyone else, but most of my contacts have a home, work, and mobile number and without setting up multiple contacts for each person this cannot be done. It is a great shame as in most respects it is an excellent phone

Was a great phone for my elderly father

Bought for Husband who is a technophobe. He has 2 hearing aids and this is supposed be HAC definitely NOT. The sound is great one minute then rubbish the next. Even with the keypad locked you can still dial 999 which has happened a few times. Not impressed with this phone at all and definitely not worth the price.

In my opinion this phone is no where near as good as the previous model which I have had a number of years the main reasons are the positioning of the Red emergency button on the back is no longer there and instead a fairly innocuous button is placed on top edge of the phone which is easy to miss and is not so easily able to be pressed particularly for elderly in emergencies There is no hands free facility which I think is essential for a phone intended for the elderly Had I realised these two aspects I would not have purchased this phone Pity really since the previous model was so good Update - I was wrong about handsfree facility - I have now discovered how this works after contacting customer services who were very helpful so thank you to them - readjusted to 4 stars

Was a good phone but my Husband found it too complicated

Advertised for elderly persons with large buttons and simple to use, it took nearly 3hours just to get the back off it was so tight that an elderly person would have no chance. The main dialing buttons as described were good but the centre up and down control button to access Directory, Tools, speed dialing and other controls was far too small for elderly fingers as other buttons were pressed by mistake.For speed dealing you had to access this control button to go into directory and scroll through the entered named person etc; we found this far too complicated for the elderly.As we required this phone for simple use as a phone without , camera, radio etc; It needs a simple arrangement to set up the call directory in advance with numbers attatched to the person to call a weitten list (as you would with your own directory )is then organised with names and numbers and then just simply press the relevant single number to dial out thus making so easy. The phone has been returned and awaiting refund.

My wife can't handle modern technology so an ordinary mobile was out of the question. We used to have a good BT landline phone but we 'lost' our landline when we had full fibre fitted to the property. This phone was the nearest I could find to the old landline style and suits her quite well. It works well and uses 4G phone connections which is also needed as some other 'senior's mobiles' don't have 4G access and have to revert to 2G which is very poor quality. All-in-all a good mobile phone, especially for the price.

Suits Doug as his hands not too good

I use it for children and is great, the standing makes it appear as a house telephone, but it’s also mobile, it works perfectly and is easy and intuitive (for children and aged persons). I bought other phones like this in the past and this is the best version. Great to detach from smart phones and still being connected..

Era un regalo para mi madre de 85 años, ella solo sabe llamar con tecla directa y poco mas. El que sea de color blanco lo hace mas llamativo y evita confusiones con el mando a distancia de la TV, de momento muy contentos. Solo una pequeña pega, el altavoz del sonido de llamada debería estar en un lateral y no en la parte trasera del teléfono, esto hace que al tener el teléfono bocarriba la llamada suene menos porque se tapa con la zona donde apoya. Hace unas semanas, tuvimos un problema con la autonomía de la batería y el servicio postventa nos lo solventó rápida, eficaz y muy amablemente, así da gusto. De 10

Bellissimo. Bianco e' stupendo e lo consiglio vivamente. Un prodotto di alta qualità. L' ho regalato a mio papà dato ama i cellulari con i tasti. Display super bellissimo. Molto fine come telefono. Si sente bene in chiamata. Elegante come telefono e con tasti grandi ma non esageratamente. Sono pero' grandi. Sono rimasta contentissima. Leggero e vibrazione ed audio stra funzionanti. Comodissimo il carica batterie dove puoi scegliere se attaccarlo al telefono o comodamente metterlo nel poggia caricatore altrettanto bianco. Ve lo consiglio vivamente . Stupendo ed arrivato anche un giorno in anticipo. Regalate questo telefono e rimarrete felici. L' ho preso bianco perche' e' molto fine davvero.
