Notice the receiver unit is plugged into power supply and is fully charged. The on switch is turned on but there is no indicator light showing it is active. It appears the receiver unit is faulty. Can you send me this replacement part?

I bought this set of headset microphones/receiver to replace another 2.4 GHz set I'd bought as for $40 an experiment. The old transmitter/receiver worked great until the body of the instructor came in between the transmitter (on belt/separate from headset) and the receiver, less than 50 ft. away, then it would cut out. This was annoying for the dance instructor and dancers alike. This set, with the transmitter and controls self-contained on the headset, works much better. We had no difficulty at all with drop outs and the rechargeable batteries in the devices worked all day long with no issues. They took a few hours to charge, but never longer than about four hours (using a power bank USB charger and the USB-USB-C charging cable inculded with the set *and* an additional USB-A/USB-C adapter cable to charge the receiver at the same time). The whole setup is ideal for an instructor in Dance or Fitness; this application worked flawlessly for outdoor dance instructions for Renaissance dance/set dancing. We ran the receiver audio output through a Peavey XM4 PA head with Dual brand outdoor speakers mounted above the dance field, and there was no issue with feedback. Highly recommend for a cheap, functional solution.

With years of experience using wireless headsets in pro settings where each set costs $500-2000, the first thoughts were that this $30 product would not work - but it does! AMAZING VALUE AND RESULTS! Do not expect stellar sound quality at this price. But, if you have a simple application need for spoken word, or even singing to simply teach a melody (not vocal performance), this product works surprisingly well. In this case, a friend needed amplification for an outdoor sing-along song circle group (voice, guitar, hand drums type of thing) at a city park. The budget was $200, including the need for a battery powered amp/pa. Skeptical - yet, this product worked! And, with 2 headsets going to 1 receiver it was perfect for this application as it didn't need to use both inputs on the portable amp/pa. There was 1 problem that hopefully the seller will fix. The receiver has a tiny 3.5mm male out (should have been designed as 1/4" which would be much stronger/durable). The provided 3.5mm female to 1/4" male adapter failed after the first use, probably from faulty material, and because of product design flaw - it's too much weight to be constantly on a tiny 3.5mm male out. If you purchase this product, it will probably fail quickly in the same way, though there is an easy solution of using a different type of adapter. What's needed is a flexible wire adapter, 3.5mm female to 1/4" male. Here's an example of what's needed, amazon: B08XBVWVT7 https://www.amazon.com/SOLMIMI-Adapter-Lossless-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B08XBVWVT7/ This flexible wire style of adapter will enable you to "rest" the receiver on a flat solid surface without stressing tiny the 3.5mm male output pin, or the female 3.5mm input of the adapter. Would definitely buy this dual wireless headset again, and may get an extra to keep on hand as a backup.
