I have been searching for a box that I could use to cover the red and yellow kill button for my backup batteries on my home, and this worked beautifully. The button is still accessible under the hinged door, and I painted the box to match the color of my siding so it's not quite so noticeable. It's tagged with a label so the kill button is easily accessed in an emergency. With it in a latched box, kids are less likely to press the button to "see what it does". Kids can be curious, you know!

Decent project box that holds up to weather

I swapped my pool cleaner to a Dolphin Nautilus CC. I wanted it always connected but didn't want to leave the power unit to face the elements. I had a little fence in front of my pool equipment which was a perfect place to mount something like this. Its installed with the hinge on top. I drilled a holes in the bottom for the Nautilus power cable and power cable to the outlet. The Nautilus hole had to be large because of the fitting on the end of the cable. I sort of sealed up the holes with a sections of pool noodle crammed in. It was my temporary fix because I had it on hand and I thought it would work until I figured out something better (still going strong, almost two years.) Anyway, this box has done exactly what I wanted it for. If you need something like this for something outside, I expect it will work for you, too.

This product was a great purchase to support additional cables running to the outside of the house to support my telescope rig. Itis of good quality and was easy to install and so far, with the very hot weather, high humidity, and lots of rain, it has been holding up very well.

This box works just fine. Waterproof and perfect size for my project.

I used this box as a junction to connect my RV solar panels to, the plastic is strong and there is a lot of mounting options inside and outside of the box.
