It works fine in ASROCK X299 Taichi CLX MB
I was curious about installing the card as so many people seem to have issues with Thunderbolt. This particular TB3 version card is a good fit mating with this motherboard. Make sure all drivers are up to date. A surprising think was that it was hard to find in the Device Manager. It does not have its own designation but (if I remember correctly) is found under System devices. Make sure it is turned on in the bios and if booting from a TB drive, make sure booting from TB is turned on. Also - I believe is is backwards compatible with TB2, but I have no practice with that. You should be OK with a current ASROCK MB with TB3 connector built in. (I've only connected to some TB3 - NVME type drives)

Make sure bios settings correct if connecting to USB C hub
Needed a solution for my desktop connect it to my USB C docking station. This allowed me to pass my Nvidia graphics card output in to the cards displayport in. I then plug my USB c docking station in to the thunderbolt port and voilà, one lead to connect all my monitors, keyboard, mice etc as they are all connected directly to my docking station.My only tid bit, make sure you check mobo bios is enabling thunderbolt and USB. On first boot, the usb keyboard and mouse weren't seen through the hub but a simple bios tweak fixed.

Parfait sur mon Hackintosh et UAD Appolo Twin
Le thunderbolt fonctionne parfaitement avec quelques paramétrages du bios de ma carte mère Asrock Phantom Gaming 4. J'ai réussi à connecter mon apollo universal audio (après quelques manips également) et tout fonctionne nickel sur mon nouveau hackintosh :-)

AsrockのStealLegendで使用しました。何事もなく認識しました。Blackmagicに使用しています。Thunderboltの拡張ボードはマザーボードと同じメーカーの物を使うようにした方が良いです。他社製のマザーでは使えないことが殆どのようです。

Works great on X570
When I built my PC I picked the Asrock X570 phantom Gaming X specifically because it supported this card, and I was not disapointed. I use my computer for professional editing so being able to use Thunderbolt 3 is great. I also game and stream from the same PC and my USB C Streamcam works perfectly using the card as well. Definitely recommend.
