My child has always been an excellent sleeper but at about 2 years, he had a series of seizures while sleeping. After that, he would fight bedtime for an hour and he was waking up between 4 and 6AM. After trying everything, our doctor recommended we try melatonin. We used it for a few weeks and it got his sleep schedule back on track.It must taste good because he was always excited to get them. We found it helped him to sleep without making him overly drowsy/drugged up. We used it temporarily and now no longer need it.

Not only are they vegan and i don’t have to worry about bioengineered anything but they also are so effective. My oldest has a lot of energy…. OK I lied they all have a lot of energy and for some reason at the ripe age of 34 i am finding it difficult to keep up. Anywhoo my kiddos would frequently wake up in the middle of the night because we are living in the city. They would also complain about the quality of their sleep bad dreams, racing thoughts. Now after 8:00pm we don’t hear a peep. I noticed their mood and behavior is way better in the morning. I don’t use them everyday so they may awhile and the price point is perfect.
