Q: I've been using my neighbors set of Wakers. The set I just ordered from you are much softer. Why is that? I like the firmer set.

If you look on bottom there is a hole that allows to inflate (like a basketball). I personally haven't inflated my set, but I think this should solve your problem. Before trying you might check the Yamuna website QA.

According to Amazon the Foot Wakers are not eligible for shipping from Amazon warehouse to Mexico at this time. Customer support suggests to check back at a later date.

Q: What is the height of the product?

Each is about 2 1/2" high and 4" wide ............ much the size if you were to cut a navel orange or grapefruit in half. They have worked miracles for my plantar fasciitis.
