With just half of one of these I don’t need my regular coffee fix . If I’m running low or out and don’t have access to coffee it’s a good pick me up and tastes great ! Like a regular chocolate bar .

Taste good but messy caramel. Honestly I couldn't tell anything about the energy boost factor.

I have to say this my favorite energy bar...EVER. I love the taste and for someone like myself that can have a mountain dew and feel like a hyper child , this works for me. I work long shifts ( 16 hr days) and I work a lot of overnights. I work in a nursing home and we are always short staffed and i am forever tired. I eat one mid way through my shift and I am ready to run around. I did recently get a box that was missing two bars and the box was not fully sealed. The are currently replacing the item. I plan to still order the same product now until forever. I have not gotten any bars that looked like a cat attacked on it. There is no hair or whatever the pictures above look liked. It is worth your money to try it out. If you are someone that drinks 5 cups a day this probably is not for you. As I said, ( I am 35) I don't need much soda to even get energy. I was never a big coffee drinker and I don't always want to run to the bathroom after drinking it , especially at work. Eating a bar that just so happens to me favorite type of chocolate and feeling like I can crush my work day is a huge bonus. Yes, the taste is amazingly good and I have no compliments of a bad after taste. I have to stop myself from binge eating them. 5 stars for me , I love this.

I work midnights and sometimes I just Don't want to drink a cup of coffee. I thought this would be a good alternative. I was correct. I started getting sleepy at work then remembered I had this caffeine bar in my bag. IT WORKED.!! Yes, I was surprised it did. I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised.I had ordered THEN I read the reviews (backwards, I know) But I'm glad I did. I always start with the negative reviews and go up. I did Not have a problem with melted bars, nor did I have a problem with a bar or two missing or poor packaging. I though the flavor was okay. It wasn't Godiva but not bad. I would definitely reorder and I've already recommended this to two friends. Thank you.

I struggle with the ride home after work everyday and really needed something to help me stay awake and be safe while driving. I like the way they produced the candy bar in such a way that its a bit 'fluffy' in it's construction, which makes it easy to chew and not hurt your teeth. Flavor isn't too bad either. I would have to worn anyone, that it is a little bit heat sensitive. Keep it at room temp or cooler. Now if it does melt, don't open the package!, but just stick it back in the fridge for awhile, then it will be solid & eatable again. Each package is nicely self sealed to prevent anything from leaking. It may not be the same shape and texture, but it's eatable and still does the job just fine :-). I would definitely would recommend that product to anyone in need of staying awake, and not having a crash in diet afterwards.

Based on the two boxes I ordered, it seems like the storage for these is inconsistent as far as temperature or something. One box was perfectly fine. The other had blooming all over and the caramel was kinda hardened. It was still in date so it was fine to eat, but the dryness meant the squares broke off really easily while unwrapping the bar. So that was kind of annoying. I don't really notice any extra energy from these but it takes a lot of caffeine for me to notice a difference so I'm sure that's just a me thing rather than a product thing.

My father and I LOVE these little chocolate bars. They were sold at my father's job for a while and whenever I'd visit we'd always have to pick some up. I never noticed too much effect caffeine wise, but they were just so damn tasty. To me, they tasted just like the Ghirardelli caramel milk chocolate squares... the caffeine was a bonus!And they're gluten free, which is just perfect :)

I honestly have been trying to kick out energy drinks out of my life so when i came across these bars i believe them to be such a better choice then the usual energy drinks plus these bars really do keep my AWAKE. what i usually do is take two bites in the morning and the last two later on in the afternoon, as a Full-Time graduate student i would much rather use one bar of AWAKE then to be buying coffee at starbucks everyday in order to save money.However it is expensive, but worth the money!!!i hope a sale comes soon!!
