Poor quality product and bad after sale service
Very poor quality product. Hardly works for few months. No facility for its repair.No guarantee card given. Manufacturers name not mention on the catalog given with machine. Improve the quality and service if you wish to become global. I purchased Japanese make thrive 717 through my friend fron Japan which work flawless for seven years. Wish to by same again if Amazon can start the sale of original Japan make thrive 717.

Poor service. Poor product review.
Very bad product, came without warranty card... Had barely used for 2-3 times, the product started giving burnt smell. The wire started emiting black substance. It even left some black patch on the person used. Had innitiated replacement, which has not happened since almost 2 weeks now due to discrepancies on the amazon delivery end. The seller simply doesn't help or receive call. No external support is provided on the product. Don't go for this product at all. So now am stuck with this 4k worth product with no use.

The product does not work - waste of money and risk of getting a shock
The product only worked for 2 days. Then there was a spart inside and the house electricity circuits tripped. Now, when I called Amazon (Srijan) after 3-4 days gap, he said that the 7 day period has elapsed and there is nothing they can do. It is my problem that I did not see that there is no warranty for this product. Any seller can sell anything so it is not Amazon issue. The buyer should be fully aware of every issue. Why do we buy from Amazon then??? It is not a Rs 20 product but Rs. 4200 product. I am highly dejected to have wasted such a sum of money with no support behind it and the way the customer service person coldly said on the call its all my problem. Will throw this in the BIN. Cannot believe on such a product for body massage - there is a risk of fire or electric shock. How can Amazon sell such a product???? Is there any number which I can contact to get this repaired? At least tell that...
