Perfect size for round sourdough loaves!

Perfect size
I love these bannetons! I bake a lot of sourdough bread, and these are perfect for a starting flour weight of 250-400g (not including other weights). I hand washed the liners when I got them, let them air dry, and haven’t washed them since. I dust with rice flour before every use, let them dry completely after use and then store in a bag so the flour doesn’t get everywhere.The banneton seem quite sturdy, and work as they should. I occasionally use them to make batards as well, just reshape the dough after my overnight cold proof.I would recommend these!

Best quality banneton I’ve bought
I have many bannetons, and this is one of the best: the weave is tight and evenly spaced, and it is nicely balanced all around. Dough comes out easily with rice flour dusting.

Mini loaf sized bannetons
Perfect, love these bannetons. I ordered two of these to use for mini loaves of sourdough bread. I had purchased two 3-quart enameled Dutch ovens from here on Amazon. These baskets are the perfect size. They are sturdy, the liner is quality fabric. I hand washed them, allowed them to dry slightly, then put them back onto the baskets so there would not be any shrinkage. My loaves were perfect.
