smaller then i thought
This perch is ideal for small cats. I have 2 cats both under a year and they haven't went in the little cubby hole yet :( I'm not sure if they are scared or they just need a little bit more time. The picture doesn't really depict the size accurately as it shows what looks like 2 larger cats laying in and on top of the perch. A full size cat would not be able to lay on the top of this thing. I will add pictures to explain what I mean in a couple days.

Great for kittens
I have bought several of these over the years exclusively for use with my feral kitten rescues. It is definitely kitten sized, but perfect to fit in the isolation kennels. It gives the kittens something to climb on while providing some comfort and isolation inside the cubby hole at the top. Haven't met a kitten yet that didn't love this condo.

Great for tiny cats
It’s very small but I knew that when I bought it. My cat is only 6lbs full grown. If I ever get a fatty catty I’d have to get a bigger cat tree

It is nice, sturdy and looks good
Way too small. Even my tiniest cat can not fit in the house. It is nice, sturdy and looks good, but if my cats can not fit into it, then it is useless....

way, way smaller than it looks here, but it still works for my kitten. He doesn't love it, but it's not ugly and he uses it sometimes, so I can't complain.
