This was recommended to me by my doctor who had heard it from his raving patients.Guaranteed to send you to the bathroom but you don’t have to run! Very gentle stimulation of your colon that encourages you to go. Box says it will work 6-12 hours after drinking. It always worked for me after just 5-6 hours and sometimes more than one trip on a 24 hour time frame with one cup.Online websites says to take caution to not depend on senna leaves as your body may become dependent on it so that’s probably why the box says for use for “occasional” constipation, so just use it only for short term or once in a while, not daily or frequently!

When you need a really good movement
This tea is not to be taken lightly. One cup will have you moving the next day without the side effects of other products. But be careful that you do not drink it for more than 4 days. I started getting dizzy from electrolyte imbalance from dehydration. It really is a smooth move though. No cramps, no diarrhea.
