Very well packaged in the shipping box, extremely good quality materials and well built, heavy duty components. Pay close attention to the sizing guide and the size of your space, especially the opening and the side the door opens. The instructions included are terrible and mostly unusable. Go to the website and watch the videos to understand how to install. It's not hard, but the measurements need to be precise for the placement.

The media could not be loaded.  We needed this for a tight cabinet that just ended up partially full of junk since we could never access it. These glide out shelves are a perfect solution. After some measuring and measuring again and checking the size requirements we decided to order.First note, these are very sturdy, seem strong and well made. The other note, the instructions provided and also linked in the listing are in Metric, despite some of the photos showing SAE measurements. Not a huge deal minus the fact that I don’t have a metric tape measure. Google conversions can help here. Second note, the dimensions in the instructions are for the true opening, so any face frame that you have will need to be accounted for. Note in the video that the left side plate was shimmed by plywood to account for the 3/4” or so of the face frame.Third note, some base cabinets will not have a nice riser exactly above the right side pivot point, mine certainly didn’t. And not wanting to drill into the countertop I added come blocking here. Just note that when measuring.Final thoughts, this is a great setup, we may adjust the actual heights as we add things, everything closes nicely and fits, but it wasn’t quite plug and play so keep that in mind. Also, any modifications could/will hurt cabinets or cause holes so measure thrice and drill once.

The instructions are somewhat unclear and then when it is installed, the mechanism is not smooth and easy flowing. While pulling out the basket is easy, the mechanism that moves the back section to an accessible location is very rough and hard to move.I got this to make it easier to reach items in the blind corner and instead I am now thinking of removing it and suffering my financial losses.

Once you figure out how to install it, the shelves work smoothly and I would buy it again. The directions are an issue, first imagine the worst printer you ever owned printed the directions, I ordered a right hand shelf and the directions were for a left hand shelf, so everything shown had to converted in your mind to a mirror image. I am not sure if was the wrong directions or they only print a left side and why $.10 of the purchase price could not have gone for the proper directions. Everything so far could be figured out with a magnifying glass and some unnecessary thought, but a key component is shown absolutely in a very wrong position mounted on another component. You have to cheat ahead in the directions and use some deductive reasoning to figure out the proper installation. The motion of the shelf is smooth after assembly and time will tell if some of the plastic parts will hold up, but I assume the plastic parts are why it is not a more expensive shelf.

Great product built very well. Make sure to measure the opening on the cabinet as I had to return this. It was 100% my fault I ordered the wrong one. Installation instructions was a breeze.

The corner pullout is very well built although directions are nearly invisible in places. I wish I could have kept this but without a work around It was 1” too tall for my space. I will be returning.

I did purchase this. When I open the box, I was impressed by the quality of it and looked forward to installing. Unfortunately, I did not measure correctly. I didn’t take into consideration the draw that was in the way so I couldn’t install and had to return it.

Well made, very easy to install, looking forward to taking full advantage on there ease of use. They just make sense.

Hervorragende Qualität, sehr einfach zusammen udn einzubauen. Leider geht sehr viel Platz im Schrank verloren. Trotzdem, wir sind total begeistert.
