I am a vet tech and have a young persian that I recently adopted with a horrible respiratory/herpes virus. He has been on rounds of antibiotics and anti-virals with little relief. He had horrible ocular and nasal discharge with tons of sneezing and decrease in appetite. I was looking for something to boost his immune system and decrease some of his symptoms without having to do more medication. I was a skeptical at first but decided to give it a try...he has been on it for 4 days now and this product is amazing. His symptoms have subsided completely with no ocular discharge, he is now playing again with the other cats and his appetite is great!! I would definitely recommend trying this product and also going to recommend it to my clients! I def think that giving the medication as recommended also makes a difference in its effectiveness (3-5 times daily).

I have a cat that is 13 or 14 years of age. The poor thing was just having the hardest time with an upper respiratory infection. I had her on antibiotics, which helped for a bit but then it came back. She was really wheezing, and was to the point where she was breathing with her mouth opened. Desperate to give her ANY sort of relief, I saw this and figured I would try it. She did start making an improvement in her condition within the first day or so. After less than a week, her symptoms are gone, she is back to her old self, and very much into her food again. She is starting to gain back the weight she lost when she was so sick. I will say there is two potential drawbacks... One, you do need to give you pet this medicine 3 to 5 times a day for it work like it should (that can be hard if you are working alot). The second is its a pill form...now you can crush them up and put it in soft food to get them to eat it if they are eating, otherwise you will have to administer the pill yourself. I didn't have a problem with administrating the pill to my cat, but then again, I was used to administering medicine to a previous cat who had a medical condition. Overall, this is a great product and it will help your pet to breathe much easier. I will totally recommend this to anyone and will buy again.

My son gives these tablets for his cat. The cat tolerates the med very well and has had no upper nor lower respiratory illnesses!

It's really working on my cat's upper respiratory infection! My poor cat was suddenly wheezing, coughing and had trouble breathing at times. I gave him these pills (crushed and mixed with coconut oil) 5-6 times a day and after a week he's almost all better. Sometimes I'd also bring him into the bathroom and run the shower and let him breathe in the steam for a while. Also he's a big cat (18 lbs) so before bed I'd give him two pills instead of one to help him through the night. I was ready to bring him to the vet if his condition got worse or he stopped eating or became sluggish, but thought it was worth a try with these pills first as a trip to the vet always causes him so much stress. So glad I found them! Highly recommend.UPDATE: 1/2018 -- and It worked again! My other big cat (20+ lbs) suddenly came down with sneezing, runny nose, trouble breathing. I remembered I still had these pills, so I again crushed them and gave them a few times a day and sat with him in a steam-filled bathroom with the hot shower running. He got steadily better and in just a few days he was completely cured!

My cats were passing around "Kitty Flu" this Winter. I blame it on the furnace running continuously and someone caught the stuff and due to no fresh air it was recycling through our heating system. The day before these pills arrived "my Baby Girl" got the flu (sneezing, sniffling, fever, just not feeling well) so badly I was going to swoop her up and off to the vet we were going but the pills arrived and I thought "Why not, let's give them a try?" Within the hour of giving her the first pill, she was amazingly better. I continued giving her the pills (as directed) the rest of the day. She got better and better. The following day, she was so much improved that a visit to the Vet was not needed. After that, Anytime anyone even sneezed once, they got a pill. End of the Kitty Flu in our house. I will always have these on hand (just in case). BTW, the pills are very small so not hard to get the cats to take them. I also smashed them up and put them in Tuna Water which made dosing even easier. Wonderful Product. Can't speak highly enough about it.

PetAlive Respo-K advertises that this product is for the acute treatment of colds and respiratory infections in pets and to reduce symptoms of sneezing, coughing, watery eyes and nose.It further states that the pills will strengthen your pet's immune system and prevent recurrence and prevent secondary infections of the sinuses or lungs.I have a older cat that has had respiratory issues for a year. We've gone through all of our vet's remedies, so I turned to PetAlive to see if a "natural" remedy would alleviate my poor cat's sinus issues. The bottle recommends up to 5 pills/day & we used 4 pills/day.I had high hopes based upon the manufacturer's claims and based upon some other reviews of the product. We have gone through the entire bottle of pills and my poor cat shows no improvement/no change from when we started.I cannot recommend this product.

Within a few days my Pugs breathing improved. And those product is fast acting. Very satisfied I will use this product again.
