They write well and it is nice they are partially made recycled materials. Will continue to buy them.

The platonic ideal of a clicky-top pen
Ideal simple ballpoint pen, with no features added that are not central to the purpose of being a pen. This pen is what the Skilcraft US Government pen SHOULD be. I order them by the dozen for use in my hospital job; if I need a contagious patient to sign a document, I give them this pen, and then discard it or let them keep it afterward rather than contaminating the pen I use for my own work.

Great writing
These pens are perfect for my pen-grabbing volunteers at our food pantry. There are enough of them so that we don't have to go hunting for pens for sign-ins, etc. They rite clearly and last long too.

Mediocre Pens
Let me start by saying that these are inexpensive and they do write -- but they feel cheap, even for Bic. My biggest complaint is that the ink coverage isn't all that great or the quality of the ink isn't the best, at least the package I purchased. All of them seem to write light, which might be great in some situations. However, on thermal paper, and even standard light uncoated paper I find the coverage lackluster and the legibility leaves something to be desired.
