Gentle and Smells Good
I love this product! I have used it on all of my dogs. One being a standard poodle who gets shown and the others Aussies. My poodle gets a bath once a week to up keep his coat and one has sensitive skin. It works great on both of their coats with no skin irritations. They smell very clean and it lasts

Packing
Shampoo was not sealed or wrapped properly and leaked inside the envelope which was sealed and padded. Expensive shampoo cannot be extracted from an envelope. Very disappointed.

BEST FOR THE POODLE!
I purchased this on the advice of a Poodle groomer extraordinaire and she was right. Being silver, Charley’s coat is super wooly. It softened it yet stood up. And hi softer ears were no longer fly away. This is it!

Broken bottle
I knew I was in trouble when I opened the bag there was shampoo everywhere. The lid was taped shut but the stem was broken so it still leaked a lot and now the lid won’t latch closed either. I think the bottle was probably already broken when shipped because it would have been difficult to break only the stem without damaging the rest of the lid once it was taped shut. Someone probably thought taping it closed would prevent leaking even though the lid was broken but alas, it did not.
