More like a brown color. Not a deep black.
More like brown tile when put up against black trim. Otherwise seems okay. Will have to sell on-line because it is not dark/black enough. Too late to send back.

peels off easily when in contact with water. i advice to bring in an expert to do it themselves

Very disappointed
The tile would not remain in place. Despite of price for just 5 tiles in one package, I purchased 5 packages because I feel in love with the look. Once I received the packages the tile felt very durable. But once the tile was applied to the floor it would not stay in place. The look was really bad over days. I applied the tiles to my bathroom floor which is a really small area. As you can see in the attached photo, It gave a beautiful look. It didn’t even require 5 packages so I still have a full package left over. What a waste of money!!

2 years update
I installed these about 2 years ago now to protect the natural wood under. I put a layer of poster paper and used double sided tape to keep it from moving then I installed these over the poster paper to keep the adhesive from ruining the natural wood under and it has held up for about 2 years total. I can easily lift the tiles as well since I’ve basically just created a false floor and there is 0 mold buildup no dirt and no adhesive that seeped through and the original wood floors are looking great! I used this method because I needed something that could cover all the floor in the room so the wood wasn’t getting scratched up or ruined. Definitely great quality and worth the money! Would buy again
