I tested this cleansing balm first on the back of my hand and after rinsing, it was still somewhat balmy looking, but not sticky or overly oily. I used the balm on my face in the shower this morning. It was a little hard to grab the tab on the inner top with wet hands but luckily I had a dry washcloth to grab it. I smeared just a little dab all over my face and it felt pretty nice. Rinsing with water several times didn't really rinse it off cleanly so I needed to dab it off with the washcloth. Probably could have just left it on to soak in. Skin felt nice afterward but I did still layer moisturizer over it. It has a light citrus scent that I liked. The jar is a bit odd - it is pretty large, but then the amount of product is cradled in a much smaller compartment inside., So it initially looks like you are getting much more than you are. I'll use this balm in winter when my face needs some extra TLC.

I noticed that something was wrong when I picked up the item as it felt very light. Turns out it was half empty and also was missing the applicator. Too bad

This product really surprises me, and it's my first time using a balm makeup remover. I didn’t expect its solid, waxy consistency, similar to shortening, but it's citrusy with warm honey scent is wonderful, I love it. It came with a mini cosmetic spatula. I scooped the balm onto my fingertips, and began massaging it into my skin. It immediately changed its form and melted, which makes it easy to breakdown my makeup. I couldn't shake off the feeling of how much this makes me feel like I'm actually rubbing shortening all over my face, it literallyfeels slick and left a slight oily residue. And I was thinking there's no way that warm water alone could remove this residue, but it did, leaving my skin feeling soft. Despite my initial instinct to wash my face again with a cleanser, I found that my skin didn't need it. It's such an interestingly weird product, especially to anyone that is new to the balm makeup remover world like myself. I call this my magical 3-in-1, acting as a makeup remover, cleanser, and moisturizer all in one.

This jar of makeup removal cream is like a soft wax that melts like butter as soon as you apply it to your skin. It seems natural and non-irritating, with no noticeable scent. It was easy to remove my foundation and makeup with a soft tissue. All you do is rub it into your skin and wipe away. The were two reasons for four stars instead of five. One reason is there is a little scooping spoon that is included, but mine was broken. The second reason is it is a little more work to remove mascara with this product, but it will break it down, it just takes a little extra work. It is nice that even after rubbing this product into my lashes, my eyes were not at all irritated and it didn’t cling to my lashes or cause vision issues. No film was left behind. A rinse of warm water after using this leaves my skin clean and soft. I truly love this product and would definitely consider getting another jar when this is gone.

I have used this “Fraijour Yuzu Honey All Cleansing Balm, 50ml / 1.69 fl. oz.” to remove makeup and it does work.It is a good cleanser, non-drying, and it comes with nutrients good for the skin.The cleanser comes with a spatula that you will see when you open the container. The mouth of the container does not have a safety seal foil but an extra white cover that you pull the tab to get access to the content.The cleanser has a nice mango shake-like color. It is creamy soft with a pleasant scent and non-irritating.This is a good cleanser to use to remove makeup, sunscreen block, and in general, an effective cleanser to use if your face has been exposed to a dirty polluted environment. Good stuff!

The included spatula disintegrated in the balm, I suspect the essential oils damaged the plastic. The balm itself smells nice very citrusy, but it is pretty greasy feeling. It leaves a slick residue behind if I don't wash my face with another cleanser. I use another oil for double cleansing usually, I'll probably stick to that. It doesn't damage plastic spatulas, it's just olive and rosemary oil. This just feels so much more slimey than my usual Japanese double cleanser, and it's harder to remove.
