No, there is no timer for the lights just a switch.

Q: I cannot see any drawers in the picture. Reviews say they are small but I cannot see them at all. Where are they?

Sorry, but I don't know know. The item I purchased was not the same one pictured with this question. The house I purchased had numbered drawers that were clearly visible.

It is longer than 7.75" if that is the length your looking at. It's not out right now but it's closer to 12 or more. The W and the H are correct.
