Lotus Biscoff Crumble - Crumbled Caramelized Biscuit Cookies - 1.65 lbs bag

After coming upon these while searching for regular graham cracker crumbles, I decided to try these instead for the crust of some mini cheesecake cups I was baking for Thanksgiving. They were such a hit that I was asked to make them again for Christmas. Biscoff always elevates any dessert!My only note would be that the crumbles are a little thick, so if you are needing super fine crumbles, you may have to crush these a bit more, but then they should be good to go.

Tasty & a little sweeter than graham cracker crumbs. Nice substitute for any graham cracker crumb recipe requirement if you like a little extra sweetness. Nice with pudding, ice box cake or cheese cake crust.

I love the speculoos flavor of these cookies and getting the crumbs was a real time saver. I used them to make truffles, which I coated with blonde chocolate, and also as the crust for a dulce de leche cheesecake. I can't wait to try a pumpkin cheesecake or even a pumpkin creme pie with this crust. Will definitely be ordering again.

I use this as the crust for my cheesecakes and it is perfect. It’s already ground and it tastes amazing! It’s so easy to store and priced great for keeping it in the pantry for future use. I wish I had known about this before. Glad I discovered it while looking for new recipes.
