Q: Can anyone tell me what is the packing size and weight of this toy?

We gave this to out 1YO grand nephew. It is very light. I’m guessing about 2 pound and would probably fit in a small packing box. Use the box Amazon ships it in. BTW… our nephew received many gifts that day and ours was one of his favorites.

Q: Can someone tell me the measurement of the tires? Trying to figure out if this is bigger or smaller than the Tonka Toughest Dumptruck (6.5" tires).

The 2 rear tires are 7" diameter and about 2 1/2" wide. The front 2 tires are 6" diameter and about 2" wide

Q: Does it rust if left outside?

No. It is plastic. The only metal parts might be the axel. Mine was outside for years and never had any problems with rust

Q: Has anyone else noticed there’s two different toys pictured? Which one is the one you get?

I can't tell you definitely as the truck is at my grandsons house but it looks the same as pictured as I remember. If there is another version of the vehicle - it is minor.
