Of all the flavors I have had by Ahara Ghee, this one is the most obvious. Once you start cooking with it, it is as necessary as olive oil. Since it has lovely garlic, not acrid like some other brands, and nice lemon top notes, it is great for spreading. Since it is unsalted, I like to add a sprinkle of salt when I spread it. Otherwise, I cook eggs in this one on a rotation with the Niter Kibbeh and Turmeric Black Pepper, and it is a no brainer for all fish, and chicken...basically, it is high heat tolerant garlic butter with a lemon twist. The flavor is crave-able and it never lasts very long at my house. I want a bigger version of this jar.

The garlic flavor comes through well, and it's excellent tossed with pasta for my favorite summer dish of pasta with roasted cherry tomatoes. This brand makes quality ghee, and I have several different varieties.I don't pick up much lemon flavor in the jar I received, but the garlic flavor is great.I'm happy with the product.

We can't get enough of this in our household. The flavor is beautiful. I have purchased all of the flavors offered by this company and this one is our favorite. Rich, creamy and delicious. Best on spaghetti squash!

This is soooo much better than other brands I have tried. It's so good in bone broth or on steamed broccoli. This is the only brand I will buy. Vanilla is awesome too.

This is an every day flavor for me, from breakfast potatoes, popcorn, eggs, veggies, it’s something I reach for often. I wish the lemon was more pronounced but I would still order this one again.
