I like the product but when I received it, it had been opened and 1 filter had been removed. All sponge filters were there.

I absolutely love this product I don't know why I didn't get this so much sooner my cats love it... Watching the water come out a little fountain they definitely drink more water price was great... Filters really do last a month but I use bottled water.... I just ordered many more filters and they were a good price too.
