I use it to put our turkey on it after, we take it out of the deep fryer. Has enough room to put an 18 lbs. turkey on it

Not quite as heavy as my older set but they are non stick and conduct heat well.

I needed to replace my old, grungy baking sheets, but since we live in a small town without a nearby restaurant supplier, it was very difficult to find anything in the local stores that was decent quality, reasonably-priced and NOT non-stick (which I did not want). I was happy to find this pan on Amazon and, after reading the reviews, decided to give it a chance and ordered one in the half-sheet size.When I got it, I was very impressed with how sturdy it was, without being unmanageably heavy. Not the least bit flimsy like cheap discount store pans, yet just as affordable. I immediately ordered a second one so I'd have the two pans I needed for my kitchen, and plan to order cooling/crisping racks to fit them as well.I can definitely see these lasting for years, with no non-stick surface to have to be careful of and eventually wear off anyway, and strong enough not to warp and pop like the flimsy pans I've had in the past. For a good, basic, lasting-quality sheet pan, you can't go wrong with these!

These are a great bargain. They work well and are sturdy enough. They do not stay absolutely flat always, I have some heavy steel ones that do, but close enough. They don't buckle or anything extreme but they are not perfectly flat all the time. It's not really a use issue, at least for me, but if I take them out hot from the oven and plop them on the soapstone counter the center of the pan will be a bit lower than the rest till it cools enough.The other "catch" over the heavy steel ones is that the pans are softer than the oven racks so they "stick" a bit. The steel ones just slide in these need a bit of a push. Not a big deal and if you can tip the pan slightly so you are sliding on the edge and not the bottom hey go in fine. It becomes a slight issue when you are using them as a drip pan for something liquidy where tilting is not an option and stickiness can be a problem. This may go away with use or maybe getting used to how they work as opposed to the steel ones.The positive is that the steel coming in cold always added some time while it heated up and the aluminum heats up really fast. Most of the time I'm baking and just a slight lift of the edge makes them slide easily so it's only the custard drip pan scenario that is still a bit of a challenge.For the price I should probably just give them five stars but I'm a function guy... A different choice of alloy would have made them hard enough to slide, but then maybe they would cost a lot more?So for a 1/2 sheet baking pan under $5 these are a great deal. If you do a lot of custard pies etc. then you may also want a steel pan.

18" x 26" won't fit in my oven! I really should have done a better job measuring. However, this monster is big enough to hold at least 6 small items being painted, including a couple of fairy houses. So, I'm keeping it, and I have ordered the correct size for my original purpose; which was to make it easier to get a couple of skewered chickens onto the rotisserie. It's simplest to put everything on the skewer in the kitchen, but you can't just pick it up, it drips, so a simple tray ensures no mess. Wash the tray, and it's easy to haul the food back into the house, un-skewer it, and put the tray in the oven to stay warm and safe from the cats.

The sheet is exactly what we were looking for, but the first order was delivered with a large dent so we returned it for a replacement. The replacement was delivered today with several small dents. We are keeping it because we don’t want to return it again, but the packaging used for shipment does not protect the product from dents! Instead of packaging in a box with supported sides, it is shipped in a flat corrugated box material, which allows no protection against dents for an aluminum product.
