How to measure your dog Before ordering, please measure your dog to get the best fitting dog robe. You will need a tape measure. Measure the girth of your dog at the deepest part of his chest to find out how many inches it is. If in between sizes, round up to the nearest size. Good for my thick haired, slow drying pup.
Very nicely made and it works, too. After her bath, my pup likes to zoom around the house like a maniac, usually dripping her bath juices all over the furniture as she bounces around. This helps contain her wetness and she dries much quicker with it on, and stays much warmer in the process with the bonus of looking adorable while doing it. I've found that I do still need to use a regular towel to wipe her down first, then put this robe on to finish the job.

Made well
This is designed well. I got a medium for my 45 lb pittie. She’s older so her neck isn’t like a regular pittie neck. In that case, you might need to get a size bigger. Truly, it’s just a square piece of micro fiber cloth that has a belt attached. You can make it yourself. Anyway, it absorbs well enough. Best part is that it’s comfy and Sundae isn’t tripping all over it.

Perfect!
This is a very nice terry cloth robe for my pup. It's not too thick, a little on the thin side but it does a great job of keeping Max comfy while he dries off. He weighs about 18 lbs and I bought him an XS.

Frenchie
Fantastic for my Frenchie after a bath. Usually if he's wet,he shakes and shakes, even if its hot. However I put this on him after baths and now he dries quickly and doesn't shake. He even waits for me to put it on after his bath. He loves it.

Used to be five stars, no more belt included so you are buying a towel
Perfect little bathrobe for dogs. If you have furniture hounds like us, it keeps things dry post bath.Update 12/21/18: the robe used to come with the cloth belt seen in the product photos. The belt kept the robe on and kept it snug to absorb water. It is now basically just a towel.

Buy two
I read a review before buying and I bought two. Two are perfect for ONE thick coated, long haired GSD.First one absorbs most of the water while the second helps her finish drying out.My only complaint is one of the belt straps came off and I’m too lazy to sew it back on. Still usable.

Highly reommend for pets apres bath.
This works great! We need to bathe our Westie in between q 2mo grooming, even during the winter. We are always concerned she will get chilled once out of the shower. This just wraps her up in cozy absorbent softness. The wrap around keeps it secure. AND, this wrap keeps her from shaking any water all over the house. She likes it too. Good purchase.
