A little goes a long way. bdv
PROS: Works great. White stays White. Even after loosing most of its moisture since my 2014 purchase was able to be brought back to life using straight alcohol to thin the paint. Really like that Amazon showed that I had purchased before as it gave inspiration to hunt down my plastic jar of paint. UPDATE 12/9/2024 More than 9 years after purchase and this paint is still good. Just used to cover numbers on a green duffle bag. Full coverage and took less than a teaspoon to cover it. Will heatset the paint tomorrow as instructed. Buy with confidence, ten years old and still going strong. Dilute from time to time to keep from drying solid . CONS: Only two, You have to heat seal this paint to insure its being waterproof (Gives me a good excuse to get that heat gun I've been thinking about getting) Jar can't remember from 2014, but now is a yellow color, but the paint is still bright white. Yes I'd buy this paint again and recommend to friends. Although it will be a long time before I need more. Like I said it goes a long way. :) bdv

Very good
I bought it originally because I had accidentally stained my white headphones pink with hair dye. I was a bit worried the texture would be a huge difference and make them uncomfortable but nope! I had to do a few layers but I dabbed it on with an old sponge for a bit of the textured look and the texture isn’t bad at all and the fabric is still flexible and squishy. It does a good job of covering it up while not rubbing off. I’m also using it to give some new life to a makeup box I got from a neighbor. Does great at covering stains in white materials! Even works on faux leather. If texture or that leather look is important to you just do light layers and let it dry in between. Works great.

Love this paint
Great quality for the price. I put it in a needle extruder bottle to make a shirt design and I didn’t even use the whole bottle. Super vibrant color, no second coat needed. Great consistency as well. Will definitely buy again.

White turned gray on black background
I used this textile paint to make white stripes on a black suit for a Beetlejuice Halloween costume. Of course, since I was painting white on black I needed many coats, but it came out really well (see my pic). That was October 2011. October 2012 we unpacked the costume to look back on our old work, and the white stripes had turned dark gray! It's a shame that it hasn't held up, and of course I'd rather have painted black on white, but it's really hard to find a white suit. So for the short term, Jacquard's lighter colors will cover a dark fabric but only temporarily. If that suits your timeframe, go ahead and use it. If not, be warned.

Love this paint!!
Well fine! Now I will have to get more of this brand of paint!! I have used fabric paint for decades, but most of them have a very stiff finish. I was looking for something to embellish a quilt, so wanted something that would not be crunchy hard or extra shiny. This is it! I absolutely love the way it looks on the quilt. For example, I have branches that are made to look like birch trees. I wanted them lighter, but could only find gray and black fabric that had the branches replicated. I used this paint, slightly watered down, and it did a fabulous job! It made the lighter branches I was looking for, without covering up the trunk markings. I also used it full strength for various highlights. I tried applying it with a paint brush - great; a q-tip - great, but watch for fiber drag and finally with fingertip - great! Note that this is NOT a completely opaque paint. You WILL be able to see the surface you started with underneath it. If you want to do several paint/dry, paint/dry layers, you might get a more solid appearance, but this paint is made to be semi-translucent (see-through). I also love that this is made to mix with other colors and lighten them. Thank you, Jacquard, for making a fabulous product!

Turned shoes white again after neon paint stains!
This stuff is AWESOME! My son went to a paint party and got neon paint all over his brand new sneakers! We’ve washed and scrubbed them several times but it did nothing. He refused to wear them so I got this hoping it’d work but also thinking that if it didn’t it doesn’t matter because they would’ve gone to goodwill because he wouldn’t wear them… welp, it worked!! Woohoo! I used a sponge brush and dipped it in water then pressed some of the water out, put the white paint on the brush and sponged it onto the shoe! I used nail polish remover to make sure the logo was still reflective then I cured the paint with my blow dryer. After the blow dryer, I hit the logos one more time with nail polish remover and the pictures speak for themselves!! I’m amazed at the results! (I did 2-3 coats on each shoe and still have a little less than half the bottle!) I highly recommend!

decent fabric paint
I bought this to stencil on a navy blue fabric, and I was able to get very good coverage (using a foam pouncer). I did try to use it to stamp on the same fabric, but the stamp wouldn't hold enough paint to get a bright imprint. However, I was able to use a thin paintbrush to go over the outline with additional paint and was satisfied with the resulting coverage. I do not intend to wash this project, so I can't speak to the colorfastness of the product.

Just what the chairs needed
I never write reviews but found this item so helpful that I had to share. I used it on two vintage art deco living room chairs. The chairs were originally white but had yellowed around the corded hem and had some perspiration yellowing corresponding to the head rest area. So I diluted the paint 50/50 with tap water and applied a light coat with a dish washing sponge. It totally took out the yellow brown and left little or no contrast change with the nondiscolored fabric. It was like magic. No one would ever guess that I put paint on the fabric. You can dial in your whiteness by diluting the paint less and by doing successive coats. I never had such a good result on a first time trial using fabric paint. I highly recommend this and the chairs are back in my living space for hopefully another 20 years.

great quality
Very happy how it turned out fabrics. We used it for stamps. Vivid, clean and solid prints. I tried some other brands, but this is the best one.

Amazing product
As you can see in picture from my Sketchers shoes after first wash with mild detergent started coming off completely top layer and I bought this paint which did a really great job at covering the light brown patches. Definitely recommend this product. Easy to apply also

ottimo prodotto
