Almost a year of using this case
I got this phone case as a last ditch effort to keep my phone for breaking further as I got a crack down the middle of my screen diagonally top left bottom right? I've been using it for something like 8 months now and I've never had an issue. It's watertight, really durable, a bit boxy but is good to hold, design's okay but one every product has its flaws.Firstly, it is a little hard to hear when you're calling someone, but I haven't had too much of an issue with it.Next thing is the bottom of the camera cover on the back does slowly start to lift up.But after that I really can't see any problems with it would recommend also Note on the little little circle over the the fingerprint scanner. I don't know why people hate it. You can remove it easily. I have done so.

Good quality for the price
I bought this case 2 years ago and it's been really good. I've kept my phone in it 24/7 and it's still in perfect condition. The case is a little worse for wear though. The front screen started scratching badly after a few months but it didn't affect the usability. The pull flap for the charging port eventually peeled off after about a year, but still sealed. Finally about 3 days ago (3 weeks short of the 2 year mark) the volume button finally broke off. However I'd still recommend it, and my replacement is the same style. It even comes with a nice strap to loop through the corner. Definitely saved my phone on multiple occasions, and I've not had a case hold up as well as this one. The fingerprint circle is also removable which is why I picked this case. Your phone won't pick up your finger print without it, but it's a good trade off for not having a circle in the middle of your screen.

Better than expected
The media could not be loaded. Is this the best waterproof case ever? No. That might be the Catalyst for $90. But the Lanhiem worked pretty well for our vacation at the beach, including snorkeling, and it only costs a few bucks more than the generic phone bag.I have had the generic bags in the past because they were inexpensive and, famous last words, it seemed like a good idea at the time. This time, I bought Lanhiem cases for my family's four different phones (Pixel 6 Pro, iPhones XR, 12, and 13). I figured that most of our phones are IP rated, so the cases were just added protection from sand and seawater. The cases performed consistently across the different phones. Each case was a snug fit for the respective model. Much slimmer profile than the generic bags. Each case allowed full button functionality. Like other reviewers have indicated, the audio quality suffers a little, but that wasn't a deal breaker. None of dropped our phones, so we can't speak to the shock protection.Admittedly, the sheets of clear plastic on the front and back of the case feel very flimsy. But each case held up after several days in the ocean.By changing the camera settings to allow the volume button to open/close the shutter, I was able to take photos and video underwater. I'm sure the case has a slight effect on the image quality, but I wasn't going for professional grade, so it didn't bother me. I've attached a sample photo and video. The cases kept the phones dry and sand-free, even after opening and closing the charging port gasket.Despite the directions, I didn't remove my existing screen protector because it was a hassle and I didn't want to have to reapply the protector since I was only using the case near/in the water. The existing protector under the Lanhiem case didn't substantially affect any phone's performance except for the Pixel's fingerprint scanner, which did not work properly. While this issue might bother some folks, I didn't find having to enter my code to be that bothersome.I also compared the Lanhiem case to the Ghostek case, which costs ~$10-15 more. If you're considering buying the Ghostek because you think the extra cost means you'll get a better case, don't bother. Ghostek is the same case with slightly different corners and better packaging. The words imprinted on the inside of the case are identical and I suspect it's the same manufacturer. (see last two photos)Overall, the cases worked well for our ocean adventure. They were much less cumbersome than the generic zippered bags and not outrageously expensive.

Ugly plastic circle in the glued to the thumbprint reading portion of the phone cases screen
Idk who decided that was a good idea but they need to be fired, it ruined the case for me but luckily I had some goo be gone and a razor blade to scrape it off and protect my phone until I find a different case. Trust me it just irked me so bad, you just need to find another case or be prepared to do the same, you can't clean it cuz you only make it worse. I'm assuming it was made that way cuz it was supposed to have some effect on the thumbprint reader for the phone but it's completely unnecessary, my thumbprint reader works fine without it and it just looks like you have a clear sticker stuck to the inside of your screen protector. I know it's actually a part of the phone because you couldn't just peel it off, it's glued on.

I like it
I've had it a few months and I really like it. I have to drop my phone multiple times and so far no damage. It was very easy to put on and I think it was worth the money.

Useless screen protector
This is the only case I could find that truly protected the edges of my screen. All the others went to the bottom of the curved sides of the screen. The finger print scanner did not work with this protector despite following the directions. I became frustrated and cut the screen protector out. This made it 1000 times better.
