We use this product in an area with a lot of back ground noise and the superb audio quality of this product has greatly enhanced the tour experience for our guests. Thanks for making such a great product!

Quality product.
I bought this equipment directly from Tour Guide Solutions when I was in the market for simultaneous interpretation equipment to use for our organization. We liked its features so much we actually decided to by two! Light weight, easy to use, clear sound, lanyard for easy hanging, and chargeable base. Case is well designed, compact, and makes for easy, convenient storage. When I checked with other interpreter colleagues about features I should be looking for in purchasing an equipment set. This system certainly stands apart from the systems (and price) when compared to others with similar features. Customer sales rep was very responsive to questions and troubleshooting. The company and staff gave the clear impression that they wanted our business and worked to meet our needs, and also provided a discount for being state educational institution. This is the equipment model I have recommended to other colleagues around the state who have inquired about purchasing interpretation equipment for their local settings.
