This is as close as I can find to the ones I used to get to calm that anxiety. Be sure to take with food otherwise might cause some stomach problems.

I highly recommend this impressive product. I believe that Saccharomyces Boulardii increases IgA, though I am not a professional to specifically explain why it works for me. DrFormulas Saccharomyces Boulardii Probiotics consistently has stopped my persistent beginnings of UTI symptoms. My unprofessional explanation is that I have been told this year that my low IgA level in my blood is significant. IgA is an antibody that protects against infections, binds to and neutralizes pathogens such as bacteria and viruses. I had read that IgA kills the bad bacteria anywhere in the body where there is mucous, thus if IgA is low the bad bacteria is not all killed where there is mucous (like in the urinary tract/ throat/airways, eyes, mouth, nose, intestinal surface,and/or digestive tract areas--which are portals for bacteria, viruses and yeasts.). In addition, though I have no proof that it is related to low IgA, I have had high bacteria in my urine for many years and I am yet to test to see if I still have bacteria in my urine when taking Saccharomyces Boulardii. I don't understand everything but I certainly notice a huge difference and I feel good! I do usually take two capsules twice a day to prevent my symptoms from reoccurring. Though I am no doctor to know what is best for someone else, other things that might help improve low IgA are Chlorella, Vitamin A foods, Glutamine, and moderate, but not prolonged exercise.

I'm only two doses in (a dose being a capsule halved, and contents split morning and evening), but this product seems immediately to have helped my cat with suspected IBD! The capsules are easy to pull apart; then you just sprinkle the powder on wet food. My girl seems to love whatever taste it has! I've spent more than a thousand bucks at the vet for expensive diagnostic procedures and various medications, none of which worked for long, if at all. And I've spent easily as much, over the years, trying to find the hypoallergenic/gut sensitive food that will work for her. I learned through online research that S. Boulardii works for many IBD/sensitive-gut cats. I'm certainly encouraged by her initial response, and hope the effect lasts, as this could be the healthy, easy-to-administer and affordable solution I've been seeking for her!

I purchased Saccharomyces Boulardii based on Amazon reviews. I was looking for something to end my 80 year old father in law's suffering. He had been floxed and had a horrible case of C diff that had him unable digest anything (including water) or leave the house without having his next bathroom withing 10 min drive. . His cancer dr.'s were of no help. He had tested negative for c-diff and they told him there was nothing they could do. He had been ill for 4 weeks, had lost 20 lbs and was failing due to lack of nutrition. This product ended his suffering within 4 doses. It is a miracle strain! I have him on it continually as he is an 11 year multiple myeloma survivor and continues to rely on the dr.s that have do problem prescribing copious amounts of antibiotics, steriods and other drugs that wreak havoc with his gut health. He is now doing fine and continues to eat out every night.Concurrently, I started having digestive pain and trouble after a brief vacation where I was eating out a bunch. After trying many other routes; taking a bottle of another probiotic, enzymes, glutamine, chewing liccorice, drinking demulcent teas. I decided to order myself a bottle of Saccharomyces Boulardii. My pain and digestive issues were gone after 2 doses. It was a miracle.

If you’ve ver had c diff you know what I’m talking about. A prefectly healthy 45 year old who works out 5 days a week and has the drive of a twenty yr old, sinus infection later and augmentin and here I am. For 8 days i found myself on a daily basis making deals with god while launching myself off the toilet, day 8 I wound up in the ER and had no idea what was going on. I ended up getting advice from an online support group who appeared to be bitter old people who enjoyed talking about diahrrea. I tried Florastor from here after buying some from Walmart, the stuff here appeared to be fake and I relapsed 3 days after I finished 10 days of Flagyl. I then started this brand and used probiotic pro 50 and Monday will be one month that I finished the second seven day course. The disgruntled folk on the web will lead you to believe that you’ll never be the same and you’ll be lactose intolerant, pretty much eating dry toast and plain oatmeal for the rest of your life. I don’t know if it was this stuff or if I just got lucky, but I eat what I ate before and drink anything I want including beer and milk although not together. I’m ordering the second bottle of this as well as the probiotic mentioned and will continue to do so for the rest of my life. I had a scud missile shooting through me for 8 days and this is a drop in the bucket compared to that.

I purchased this product as a suggested treatment for SIBO. I was happy to find this product containing only S. boulardii with no other probiotics, and I felt this brand was a good value for the price. I also like the fact that this formulation is room temperature stable and stomach acid resistant. So far I have not had any negative side effects and I will continue taking this product in my efforts to remedy SIBO.

I did not notice any difference with this product.
