WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
This product was received defective. It never powered on fully. It is stuck on a blue screen with an error message. Contacted Amazon to initiate a return. I was told to google instructions to run necessary diagnostic tests while the agent waited. It could not be repaired. I decided to proceed with the return. I explained that the item is not in the US as I do not live there. That agent guaranteed free shipping from my current location. However, as I was passed on to another agent, I was denied that free shipping. After 2 tedious days of chatting with different agents, even the Supervisor who can grant exceptions refused. I WAS TOLD TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT NEVER WORKED! hp also never responded to the technical issue request. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON EVER...NEVER AGAIN!
