Freedom No-Pull Harness ONLY (5/8" Wide Small (SM), Black w/Silver Loop)

This harness works wonderfully for my Aussie/border collie, B.B. With a regular collar he would pull until he damaged his trachea!! Unfortunately my boys left it on him and his brother Cruz chewed it off of him. So I will be ordering a new one!! I would definitely recommend it for any size dog that pulls aggressively or even mildly. Easy to put on. My 6 year old puts it on by himself to walk B.B. It seems to fit comfortably with no chaffing.

I have two pitbulls who are strong pullers. I love these harnesses - even when I use a regular leash hooked on the front (as opposed to the one that is designed with the harness) they do not pull. They are so well behaved in this harness and I don't feel like I am choking them (with the prong collar) or hurting them as it seems with so many other harnesses. I now how 4 of these - I can't recommend them enough.

We have been using freedom harness for few years now and it is durable, looks good and I believe that our dog is comfortable in it. She grew so we needed to buy a bigger size, but the old one lasted like two-three years, and it is still good, just too small for our doggie.

Beat harness out there. Fits well, my dog doesn’t pull and it appears comfortable for my dog. Now, a dog sitter left it on him for hours at home and he did chew through it- but great news, they have a warranty and repair process so I was able to get it fixed for just shipping. So I actually bought another one because it’s good to have a backup.I like that it has directional clips so you can’t put it on twisted. It has felt type material in the underbelly so it’s comfortable for the dog. The clips are sturdy, and the loop is big. Once you fit this and learn how to put it on it’s the best and your dog will love it.

Item is great, it’s a little big because my puppy was in between sizes but it still works well and means she’s got more growing room.

I am a trainer, and I love trying new equipment so I am knowledgeable for my students. I use several similar type harnesses because I utilize both front and back rings. This is a nice design, it does not hamper natural gait, and I love that! The back ring works great -- my own dog realizes he can wander on a long line and sniff and relax when I attach the leash on the back. But when heeling on the front ring, the harness slides and moves around WAY too much, compared to other brands. I actually was afraid he might slip out of it, so I kept tightening it. That did not help slippage. I definitely recommend this harness for back ring attachment, but NOT for front on a medium sized dog. This might be a different case on a larger dog or one with a broader chest. Yes, it was snugged up tight enough, fitting correctly as shown for all points of tightening.

My dog is a puller. She’s managed to slip out of every type of harness I’ve ever bought for her, EXCEPT for this one. It is adjustable, which is great for a growing pup. I love the martingale loop on the back. My dog still pulls because she’s stubborn, but the martingale helps her pull a little less. It also helps the harness stay secure. I had a similar harness, without the martingale, that my dog slipped out of when she was a puppy. We were still in the training phase, so once she slipped out she took off. Recall hadn’t been taught yet, so that was a terrifying situation. Luckily she came back to me after what felt like forever, but was probably more like 5 minutes. Immediately after that event, I got on Amazon and bought this harness. The martingale tightens whenever there’s any kind of tugging, so no matter what directions a dog pulls, this harness will always be secure.

This harness is so easy to put on and my dog seems to love it. The strap that goes behind her front legs feels like velvet. We had previously tried the eazy walk harness and my dog was able to get out of it when walking, this harness that is not an issue. I love that this harness has the option to hook the leash in the front or the back, the front clip really does make it harder for her to pull. WOuld highly recomend.
