Do these wrinkle your clothes?

Clothes tend to wrinkle from packing no matter what technique is used. The instructions recommend rolling each piece before placing it in the bag. You can fill the bag pretty full and zip it closed. Then zip again to compress. It's kind of amazing how much smaller the bags get. But no more wrinkled than any other method.

How do these compare to using a vacuum seal storage bag?

These don’t compress at all like a vacuum Sealed storage bag. You don’t save much space at all, the idea these work best for is organizing your packing. I am a flight attendant. I live out of a suitcase. Vacuum sealing my clothes doesn’t work, all though I would be able to carry 2-3 x more clothes. I use these to keep my flying life organized.
