where can I find a splicing kit recommended for this belt?

Not sure what you mean by splicing - I don't know how you'd connect two cut ends, sorry. If you need to cap the end you can use Zeberoxyz 10pcs Copper Buckle,Wire Cable Connector,Durable Wire Cable Terminal Lightweight Compact Terminal Accessory for 3D Printer Parts (Copper Buckle) and fasten the crimp over the cut end with pliers. Hope that helps.

Will this work with an Ender 5 Plus?

According to the manufacturer this belt should work well with any diode laser or 3D printer. I've got 3 diode lasers and I've changed all the belts to this one and they are working perfectly well.

It's not joined, you would have to use zip ties or the clamps that come witht he 3d printer or laser or whatever you're using it on. Does not come with any clamps or ties.
